13: You need to put your personal claims aside and realize (at least in the USA) people are free to make their own "good" and "bad" personal consumption choices. Getting the gov't involved in telling people what is "good" and "bad" will only reduce personal freedom. It has also been known for health society's to come forward and tell people that eating macdonalds is healthy (just watch supersize me) Also look at monsanto and what they put into the food chain.
