PILATES . and mybe an eliptical machine will help with strength no jogging its bad for knees but mybe a stair climber . lets of stomach exercises. very good job . you have nice energy . keep up the good work.

your feet were better in the giselle video... extend your back leg in those arabesques and then it will be better... work on your ending. it was beautiful i figure it more heplful to tell you the honest truth then to tell you stuff you already know... you know you're amazing otherwise you wouldnt have posted it... really wrk on those suggestions :)

@bolshoiboy8 Thanks :) I really appreciate ur advices! For this one and for Giselle one I haven't rehearsed at all, I just jumped in the studio and made some videos. Here I did the first part on left side due to injury reasons, and I didn't feel sure in the turns, but ones my pain goes away I'm gonna tape it with right turns and with the jumps at the end.
