I recognize this from a Pack FM song, not sayin' that's original credit but Pack used this in Spittin' In The Wind, I think, but it was more of an excerpt in the instro than a mainstay!

by the way, it's phresh--I dig the sample, you gotta good ear, however I think when you start spicin' up the sample with either more samples or splicing other instruments on the track, that'd be real proper. Real talk, I think if you did something with an acoustic bass guitar, maaaaan...I think you could get stupid with this instrumental. Just my two abe lincolns--respect, 5th!
