Edward Kuharski - Speaking against SB 507 (which criminalizes single & unmarried parents)

Timothy Riley speaks against a bill proposed by WI Senator Glenn Grothman, who has never been married & has no children, that seeks to criminalize single or unmarried parents. In his twisted mind he believes that child abuse & child neglect only occurs with parents that aren't married.

First of all do not be fooled its not single parents its single moms. Read the link Grotman claims parents but then states "kids are twenty times more likely to get molested by their moms boyfriend", minus same sex couples the only single parent to have a bf would be the mom. Grotman and his followers go on to say that their is ne reason a woman should get a divorce...just remember why you got married...its okay hun I love you for your humor stab me again

What I don't really get about the bill, is that I followed the links for that gov't organization and looked at their list of risk factors and they ALREADY LISTED single parenting as a risk factor, so the bill is redundant.

As far as that guy goes, he is just attempting, poorly, to play a race card, but it is mostly incoherent babble.

Well, that's good if you were self-reliant, many end up on WIC, taking EIC, food stamps, and other welfare.

He is COMPARING what is being done to single parents as being similar to the type of ignorance which ran rampant with regards to enslavement and one race being narcisistic enough to think they have the RIGHT to impose this type of law on people whose shoes they have never walked in. As a proud and self-reliant former single mom, I applaud him for taking such a strong stand.
