562 Tubarc - HD University of Connecticut is Raping Science

There is a strong bias and negligence on government and public institutions. Boys had been raped at Penn State with blessings from top authorities. I got surprised that University of Connecticut allowed a Faculty shamefully copy my patent and not even citing it neglecting Ethics and the Law regarding the obligation of disclosure invention in the same patent office.
