1saacMS: I'll leave this comment so the public at large can see just a small example of what these fine men and women put up with. The officers we are providing this service too aren't concerned about pensions. In fact, the majority of them do not have a pension. They are just concerned about having a vest so when they are protecting the citizens of their community, they can do that as safe as possible and go home to their families.Those citizens even include hateful individuals as yourself.

I'm just sick of government agencies getting taken care of when everyone else is struggling to feed the beast.

You know what, I should have kept it to myself. I appreciate the fact (as far as I can tell from the video) that this project isn't funded with government money. I don't want to see any of these guys killed, but people should know that the police are not under any legal obligation to protect anyone. Just try suing if you happen to be unprotected sometime. That's a responsibility I take for myself, and more people should. That might save more cops than even the vests.
