Mark learned that attorneys have failed to properly to contact or work with strategic referral partners. The Rainmaker Retreat has taught Mark how to put a plan in place to make sure that better communcation is formed in these areas, and will be one of the first steps that he takes when going back to his practice. Mark states that one of the best investments that he can make is to bring his senior staff to the retreat so that they are able to learn some of the procedures that they can put in place.
