@mashinkle, then what should they do? just give up and not play it because it doesn't sound exactly like the original? that's totally absurd. listen to how they did "wrapped around your finger"...nothing like the original, and it still sounds great. just like this song still sounds great.

I agree with turbo you can't really copy time or a feeling from the past, whether there was coke or not BUT this is much too slow - it's doesn't work as a moderate jam

would love to go up there and do it myself. it has nothing to do with 'coke' use. it completely changed the dynamics of the song.
