If you play it in first person,when you run people over you get blood on your windshield and the windshield wipers wipe it off.

On level 1 I kept hitting the cars till they blew up, and people on fire run out then you can run them over too. : )

I don't care about the music. This game is rad. I don't care what anybody says. This is a complete game from beginning to end. Actually its kind of funny how the guys voice gos with the music.
