Dale died doing what he did best, butting heads against NASCAR who wanted to put the extra head restraints in, looks like he lost.

i myself being a dirt driver have been in similar crashes they were hard but minus the road it wasnt nearly as hard as that i have gone over it in my head so many times comparing my crash to his and it amazis me what saftey improvements they made but no soon enough rip dale we miss you

@josh2009s #1, your right he was not doing 200mph but he was going about 190mph which in NASCAR is not a big difference so you can shut your face about that and #2, I would bet all the money in the world that if you were in his seat at that time you would have died instantly because I can guarantee that your sorry ass couldn't take that big of an impact either so therefore, SHUT THE FUCK UP.
