The lure of the group B monster attracted more and more fans each stage,eager to get a glimpse of a quattro shooting 1 foot of flame out the exhaust or see the cars throwing up dirt. Some rallys saw hundreds of thousands of fans lining the edge of the roads forming a human wall!

@torrada00000000000 Yes, in Lisbon in the day of the Sintra stage, nobody worked or went to school xD, Its was an order to go to the rally, school was dismissed for the day. over half a milion went to Sintra to watch it, and that shows you how big it was

@nincritzu WRC cars are faster than Group B cars. That's why the fastest ever rallies have happened in the past 10 years.

I enjoyed this so much!!!! I loved seeing the fans push the car backout onto the course and pushing down the damaged hood. These guys were driving their asses off and lives depend on no mistakes.WOW!!!!!!

A treasured time, when computers didn't control a car, when all a driver had was 4 wheels a 400-600hp engine and his co-driver, the possibilities and limits were pushed to the edge, I shed a tear that this is the closest I'll ever to seeing and feeling what it would've been there....FIA you may rot in hell for turning this sport into a sorry shadow of its former self.
