I, along with the aid of Dr. Frances Cress Welsing, present the "reasons" and the root cause of all of the dissention in relationships involving Black Women and Black Men. The video actually explains the root cause for the entire "seemingly unexplainable" destructive nature of the BLACK COMMUNITY.

Frances Cress Welsing (born March 18, 1935 in Chicago, Illinois) is psychiatrist practicing in Washington,D.C. She is famous for her "Cress Theory of Color Confrontation", which explores the practice of white supremacy. She is the author of "The Isis Papers; The Keys to the Colors" (1991).

  • LOL, I love to read the comments. BM and BW really need to learn that your ALL on the same team and are the same people. Every other race is going to look down on you unless you unite and stand as one. RevolutionaryINK, your a good man. Your doing a great job. I hope you read all the comments and study how they think

  • @Futang808

  • @JGvisions Yes you are,men and women did not share leadership,if that was true you would see the same amount of female rulers as male but you do not,its not even close because the men were the leaders by far and large majority, that is the mans role, always has been always will be.

  • Respond to this video... None of the cultures you names were matriachal(female led majority) not one.

  • @JGvisions Thats a lie, ther were no matriarchal socities wher women were the leaders, none and matrilocal is not matriarchal.African and asian cultures none of them were female led,the majority by far and large was the men that were the leaders and heads of state,it was rare to see a woman ther and it was only if a man for some reason wasnt ther and a boy was to young. So no ther were not matriarchal, you are wrong, matriarchy is backwards and doesnt have the man in his role.

  • @JGvisions No its damaging because its not natural,we are not supposed to adopt these new roles because they are not out correct ones, thats why ther is a problem.Black women cannot do mens roles like we can thats why the black community is in its worse position ever because the women are mostly single trying to fill the role of man and cannot and thats why they need the government.Ther is no new culture shift, the man has always been the natural leader/hunter/gather and she cant do it like him.

  • im not talking out my butt actually, lol. pretty much most pre-european cultures(Or as the white man would say "primitive" Proto-cultures) were matriarchial or was sort of a bipartisan rulership you can say. where men and men shared the duties of leadership in the many different facets of tribal life. its just in the past 2500 years and small disconnected expanses of time have men shaped society into a patriarchial one.

  • Also there were many african and asian cultures that were matriarchial based societies. tribes such as the Minangkabau, E De Rhade, Mosuo, Berbers and Tuareg were female based, also in Europe you had the Basques and Sardinian people which were strongly matrilocal societies. Even indian culture, i think the iroquois had like united nations sort of thing like the U.S. where women sat on the council and held just as much power as the men did in making decisions and the such.

  • ...they are to detached or closed minded to listen to the advice. How will we reeducated our women on how to behave and to interact with BM when they are to violent, arrogent, and emotionally aggressive to be open to reason and logic? How will we instill the Old positive meta Qualities found within the AA culture we had during the 60's-70's in regards to education, Respect for elders, God fearing, ect., if we dont understand basic concepts of social engineering and culture buidling? part 3.

  • ...yes we as men do need to step up but its not as simple as you make it seem. how will we step up or what will be the outer expression of BM stepping up as a whole? i mean, if the problem is partially an economic one, then how will we be able to support our women when we are being phased out of the job market for women(as You mention was a big issue in this willie lynch syndrome). If its a social culture one, how will we give advice or correct negative behavior of our brethren when part 2

  • I agree this shift is damaging but ONLY when we collectively have not had a Paradigm shift as a culture or society to understand and adopt the new roles we are phaseing into. The conflict between BM/BW exist only because we are both stuck in the OLD paradigm of BM as Hunter/gathers and BW as Nurture/Homemakers but whom have adopted the Hunter/gather paradigm as well. since they cant seem to discard those paradigms in the wake of this new cultural shift, that is where the problem lay part 1
