Hey hey, Tatiana Carrier here in Hollywood at the Clevver Movies headquarters and if you have wondering what exactly happens when technology becomes smarter than we are; the answer is a 'Robopocalypse' and leave it to the genius director Steven Spielberg to make a big splash. Spielberg's next big blockbuster is an adaptation of the bestselling Daniel H Wilson Novel and screenplay written by Drew Goddard.

No doubt that whatever Spielberg touches will turn to gold which is why he is very selective when deciding what to tackle. Spielberg said it all starts with the script: it's not worth taking myself away from my family if I don't have something I'm really passionate about.

So what exactly is a Robopacalypse? Spielberg said in a recent interview QUOTE "Robopacalypse is a movie about a global war between man and machine. The movie takes place in 15 or 20 years and will be a future that we can relate to. It's about the consequences of creating technologies which make our lives easier, and what happens when that technology becomes smarter than we are. It's not the newest theme, it's been done throughout science fiction, but it's a theme that becomes more relevant every year."

I really am scared of this happening. I've seen movies like this and Robots can actually be pretty violent. Plus, they could mass produce themselves and beat us quick. I truely am scared of Humanity making too many Robots then having the robots rebel. God help us and dont let it happen. :(

Spielberg is a brilliant director, but not every thing he touches turns to gold. Remember these gems: A.I., Indian Jones and the Crystal Skulls, 1941, and Always.

How is Robopocalypse different than The Matrix or Terminator?
