The Sweeney Todd movie cut out this song and I didn't want the only version on YouTube to be the one with Betsy Joslyn. So here is "Kiss Me" performed by Celia Keenan-Bolger as Johanna and Hugh Panaro as Anthony in the Kennedy Center production. Enjoy!

I so enjoy Celia in this role. Her voice is beautiful, she understands the role, and she's still got this innocent aura that she brings to the role that not many Joannas can capture. Very impressive!

Joslyn plays the role best. Her voice is awesome for it, but the main reason people don't like her is that she goes FULL BLAST the WHOLE TIME. But the reason I like her is that she adds a tinge of insanity that I believe Johanna needs. Celia, however, seems to play the role more innocently, and her singing is perfect for the role in other ways.

Celia is amazing! Her voice is amazing and she doesn't look 40. She looks a little too old but nothing compared to Betsy Joslyn's age. She just doesn't look panicked enough at the fast parts, which is probably just the blocking and the director's fault.
