  • If you are speaking about the quick foot movements at 0:26 thru 0:27...the kata is a form of Naihanchi...(taught in Isshinryu, shorin ryu Goju ryu and called tekki in shotokan.) the foot movements have several bunkai (depending on instructor) Most commonly reffered to as "lifting foot to avoid a sweep" or used as a uchi geri (inside kick to opponents knee to drop him) Some may agree--disagree according to the way you have been taught. This is a BASIC interpretation of the movement

  • oh wow... so much power in each move, that is good for her age! except the kick or trip...I think...I'm learning something different so I don't know... Is it meant to be a fast kick or a powerful because usually forms are incorporated with fighting such a the blocks...can you please tell me it's purpose so I can further my study in the martial arts?

  • Wow...is this in Lakeland????? Never knew. Where are you guys located at? and when is the next tournament ???

  • Good gob :)
