The show is definitely more fun with River in it! Her character is the prefect match for the Doctor (not just the relationship, but their personalities too). The madman with a box, and the psychopath with a gun. Perfect!

@HoneyReno @daslicar And way back in "Father's Day" too. There were two Doctors and two Roses on the street there. The paradox there only happened when Rose interfered with her own history when she saved her father. In "The Girl Who Waited" the paradox was because they were going to interfere with Young!Amy being trapped in Two Streams which would negate Old!Amy's existence. It's not about there being two (or more) of them.
