@dolosang The City of Pasadena will PAY EVERY PENNY! Their lawyers expect the payout to be in the double digit millions.
-
@dolosang For you smug christians who say it is wrng to sue, have not read that G-d says "Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still with him on the way, or he may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison." Matthew 5:25.

@besthusbandpedro . Erica and Jeffrey had their children stolen because of this. They are fighting DCFS as I write this. MAJOR lawsuit to follow. Please help us take this viral.
-
@besthusbandpedro they won in criminal court. the charges were obstructing an officer. Pasadena California tried to say that not opening the door obstructed them. LOL the Pasadena Police especially Sgt Jorge and Det Harris are SO stupid. They swore to uphold and defend the constitutions of the USA but failed to read the forth amendment protection of privacy.

How are you guys doing?
-
What happen to you guys???

YOu should have shot ALL of those police officer, but California doesn't have proper Castle Doctrine.
We are also suing all of the officers the police department and the city. We have more videos and the whole incident was also audio recorded. I will get the other videos up as soon as I can.

They said they would not leave and if we did not open the door they would beat it down. After about an hour of talking they broke the door down, without a warrant threw my husband to the floor while several officers kicked in the head and back. This was all in front of my terrified screaming children. They had to take him to the hospital for his injuries and then ticketed him for resisting a police officer. We are currently fighting the case in the supreme court of California.

They wanted to come inside and do a welfare check because of an anonymous call (one of my neighbors) they received, stating that my husband was heard slapping my daughter. We let them see the kids at the window and they asked them if they were okay. My kids all said yes. Of course that was not enough for them as their intent was to make an arrest.
