1.The first few minutes are useless.
2.The method does not explain the nature, the magnitude, the location, and the timing of the bad coffee.
3. The method does not say what set them up for it, what triggered it, what made it as bad as it was, and what kept it from being a lot worse.
4. I'd like to see the instructor do it over right.
