if you wanted to do a pattern but you wanted it to go off the shoulders, how would you do that?
-
@aglanceatmyworld Wow that is a lot of patterns. I am glad that this system works for you but i think it would not work so well for me. I like keeping things together ;D. But even with that having them in a binder is a great idea. Once we get everything unpacked, i may have to put them in binders, instead of keeping them in boxes. I think you are doing an awesome job with your videos, so keep up the good work!

hmmm I think i would have kept the patterns in their envelope and still have put them in the binder like you did. That way they would all be in one place. If you ended up with tons of patterns you could always have separate binders for costumes, skirts, tops, etc.

@alluringcharm5 I have over 200 patterns now so that would be a whole lot of binders to flip through. I can fit all the envelopes in two 3 inch binders and the patterns are kept in order in two wooden crates.

I'm seriously impressed by how organized you are! I have tons of stuff but not enough room for everything. This is a great idea!

Hehe, thanks...sadly it's just my craft stuff that is organized and not the rest of my stuff

I do the same thing for my patterns except I packing tape the old envelopes onto the new ones (mostly because I am a very visual person and all the numbers would confuse me) they are all in an old DJ case (a wooden box that radio djs use to put cds in before mp3s) it fits almost 50 patterns.
