The ladies were both guests on the panel on Question Time when they were asked by a member of the audience: 'Is the sacking of Andy Gray by Sky an appropriate response to sexism or a nation losing its sense of humour?'

Equality will not be realised by complaining, only by performing on action.

For CEO is 1 chair. If there are 10 female- against 1000 male sollicitants to sit on that chair, women have a chance of 1 to 100. For equality 990 women are lacking, which is not men's fault.

To be critical on women's performance is not allowed. Paradoxically, it is the only way one can improve.

So, girls step up the plate and deal with the fact that the higher a person rises, the more adverse wind he or she has to battle. But that is all in the game.
