Kids at the ball game should not have to see a guy get tazered. . I'm OK with it but geez really, the cops can't retrain a sitting drunk man? Not one of them is smart enough to restrain the drunk from behind while he's sitting? Not cool at all. Not cool of the drunk and the officers could have handled it way better.

Okay, the officers had probable cause to taze this man. When a cop asks you to do something, it doesn't matter if you think he's right or wrong, you do it. If he's wrong he will most definitely get something for it. Besides the fact he was being disruptive, and in the info they tell us that there was a lot of circumstances that led to this. Based on the "Totality of Circumstances" The officers established probable cause. If i were on duty, i would've done the same. Good Job Officers.

Oakland PD is a horrible Unit... even if the A's dedicated a patch on their shoulder for them a couple of years ago... they shot and killed an unarmed man, how much worse can it get... how come they couldn't take "Epic Beard Man" down the old fashioned way without making him endure such excruciating pain....
