Hahaha, look at the mess with the budget........4 trillion over 10 years in cuts.........400 billion a year. WELL, that means we will only be in the red 1 TRILLION for each of those ten years. A filthy, failed country that will have a 20-22 Trillion dollar debt by the end of 2016. Dems gave thumbs up for Eye-wreck and Trashcanistan....oh my.

@tickyul Johnson had to dig into it to pay for another worthless war Viet Nam. The Legislative branch can write it but it aint getting passed without The executive branch signing it!! And more of it was pillaged under The GOP than the DEMS! I'm not saying the democrats are blameless here, but don't act as if it was an equal pillaging!
Ohh and by the way, We don't have a shortage in SS funds, financial analysts have found that SS is well funded through about 2035. Medicare is a different story

@LVplayer56 Blame both parties, President Johnson signed into law the pillaging of the SS trust fund. So basically we have taken the SS excess and squandered it for many years. And I am sure a bloated, mildly psychotic ALGORE would have done what, written his own legislation.....that is the legislative branches job. Now, we have a shortfall in SS funds, more going out than coming in.......so I guess IGORE can press the congress to cash in some lockbox funds.........LMFAO.

Yeah, I have been hearing one of Randi's promos for her radio show, she talks about Republirats wanting to "steal one last traunch of money, the Social Security trust fund". I hope everyone knows that the trust fund has NO MONEY in it, it has NON-FUNGIBLE, CLASS SS T-BILLS.....WORTHLESS. Is SS backed up by a SS trust fund filled with.......gold, silver, platinum, priceless art, blue chip stocks, dollars or other currency............NO, AL GORE'S LOCKBOX IS BASICALLY BROKE AND BROKEN.
