If you think punk is dead, then your dead. Punk lives inside me and always will. I haven't listened to punk for the past year or so, just cuz I got sick of it but the things punk taught me and what I learned from punk will always live inside. While punk is undefinable, two things all punks can agree on, is doing whatever you want cuz you want to and keeping an open mind. If listening to Pink Floyd isnt "punk" then fuck you. Its punk cuz i say it is.

@stopdropndpanic Well, i hope the kids today bring back what it really means to be punk. It's all so commercial now. Im old and have been in since the 80's. @ThePunkSkunk Totally agreed. I'm 17, so to people in my generation punk is even more obscure than in past ones. While it may be a little disappointing that I can't really discuss punk bands with my friends in any depth, I don't blame them, hell, I didn't really know anything about punk until a year or so ago. If anything it's a chance to introduce them to a whole subculture and genre of music, and whole counter cultural, revolutionary niche in human history.
