Numaorgan recorded with Zoom Q3HD video recorder, using internal microphones. Recorded in standard def. and AAC audio 320kbps
The first two keyboards are Yamaha's Tyros 2 that is midi'd to the Italian made Numaorgan, playing its lower manual. All sounds are from the Numaorgan except the right-hand notes on the Tyros. The small keyboard is a 2 octave midi controller by Evolution and plays the lower manual of the Numaorgan.

  • You've got the Q3HD recording down......great sound and video. The Numa sounds like a great clone as well. It's all coming together.....and finally a solid stand! (I guess that means you won't do a cover of "Sea Cruise"..........j/k)

I didn't see it in the title but it sounds like Samba De Orfu - hopefully I play better than I spell...

    Nicely Done!

  • @lightbg Hi Jake,

The Numaorgan is (to me ) a dream machine. I'm really impressed, and sorry that my limited abilities may not be showing it off to full advantage. The Zoom Q3HD has given me a few head-aches regarding editing but with added codecs, Windows Live Movie Maker is doing OK. I've also uploaded a couple more videos using line-in.

Samba de Orfeu was the music on the sheet. What came out from my fingers is any-one's guess LOL.

    Happy Numa Year, Keith

  • Full credit to the Q3HD it's mic's are really good, nice lively sound and well played.

    The Cheshire Cat...........

    Hi CC,

The mics do a great job. The amp/speakers being recorded are just the regular Tyros 2 sub/satellites. I'll probably stick to stereo line-in using a Dolby Headphone amp to feed the Q3HD but I thought I'd try out the mics as I think it gives the Numaorgan's rotary speaker simulator some room ambience, more akin to recording a Leslie Speaker, than direct line-in.

Either way, the Numaorgan sounds great and is just what I'd been hoping for. Cheers, Keith

  • Nicely done!Uploaded my first You Tube video using

the Q3HD a few days ago - shot at 720/30, gain set to high,

just as a test. I was quite pleased at the picture and

audio quality from such a tiny camera.

Nothing rehearsed – just played whatever popped into

my head. Just click on my name to view.
