Well I think it's a bit to blame the entire industry for some arseholes..
We have filmmakers like Farhan, Anurag Kashyap, Vishal bharadwaj, Ashutosh Gowarikar, Dibakar banerjee etc. who are changing the face of bollywood..
As far as music is concerned, we have SEL, ARR etc. too.
