Renovated and expanded with gourmet fully applianced kitchen with Pergo floors. Decks front and back. Master bedroom on 2nd floor with walk in closet. Loft with twin beds. Master bath on second floor has clawfoot tub. Lower level has bedroom with bunk beds, bottom bunk a double, and pull out couch. Downstairs bathroom has a shower. Carpeted family room with cathedral ceiling.

DVD, cable, high speed internet, canoe, phone answering machine, CD player, charcoal grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wall to wall in bedrooms. Dining room seats 6. Tile foyer with bench.

End of dead end street on Thomas Pond near Sebago Lake. Abuts conservation land. Very private with woods also across the street. Perennial and herb gardens. Gift shops 2 miles away, Fun Park 15 minutes in one direction, Naples with arcade and water sports 15 minutes in the other direction. 35 minutes to Portland. 3 minutes to the local winery.

Beautiful lake and great cottage! We stayed there this summer. This video brings back happy and relaxing memories. The patio opens right into the dock and lake. In the mornings, we took kayaks around the lake and the views were absolutely gorgeous.

There are photos of midcoast maine ocean in the middle of the video. There are no lighthouses on our lake. Otherwise all photos are of Thomas Pond. Any comments removed were removed by those who wrote them. I can not remove someone else's comment.

the raft is the only thing and the house but the the ocean pics 3:00 are not thomas pond, what part of the lake do u live on
