I absolutely agree. So many people feel that they're entitled to things, but Kelly tells it like it is and makes them learn to work for what they want instead of expecting it to just happen.

I've watched Kelly on The Hills, The City, and Dr.Phil and as a guy I have to say, she's a real mentor to women in the fashion industry. She's real blunt because the industry is heartless. Up-and-coming girls should be humbled or appreciative enough to take her advice, because if they don't, there will always be a boss in this field who will bring you down to humility.
