Thank you for viewing my Senior Olympic 800m race.
In winning this race, the guy who won this race set the Olympic record. His name is Stan Mathes. He is a great runner. It is my goal for 2009 to run as fast as he did in this race.
When I ran the race in this video, I had only been running for 2 years. After not running for 43 years, it takes 4-6 yrs for your body into peak running condition.
I realize that people younger than I probably don't understand that, but one day you will.
