Hey babz I am learning a lot from your videos but this one i can't get. I get scared putting my head under the hoop because im afraid it will hit my face!! HAHA please give me some advise!

@joobs101 wellllllll you can look back to your right while you are bent over so that you can see the space you need to stand up into. That can help with the timing. chances are you are not going to hit your face but ive been hit in the face by my hoop thousands of times and im not dead yet :)
