@Curassus It does!

@Sapheiron I assume so, when i heard he was a theistic thinker i would imagine he had a predisposition that a god existed and it was as fact, at first i thought he was just a free thinker that turned to theism, but it was the contrary. When you have an unbiased way of thinking you would start to doubt faith. That's all i hope this helps clear things up a bit.

@Curassus Yeah, I really overreacted! But I don't think this quote really fits this situation, but that's just my personal opinion and nothing mandatory.
-
@Sapheiron Well you'll have to understand the time Hemingway lived in, and the fact it is an expression, there are two ways of interpreting it. A positive interpretation is that people find their way to God through their hearts rather than through their minds. Another way is that when one thinks he starts to question things, perhaps faith and what he was brought up with. It isn't dense, you just took it as hostile.

@rainbownuthouse The only point of that which he would (or even could argue) is the "get a job" ..... he has a job, it'e entertaining people, he may have another job as well but that's the one we like him for so it's all we care about. That's the sad part, you have such a low level of thought as to think you insulted him just now when all you did was repeat a few things which he himself has said about himself. Also, gay is not even an insult.

@Curassus "All thinking men are atheist?" That's like saying: "All dumb people are Rednecks." Rednecks are mostly dumb, but not all dumb people are obligatory Rednecks. Real atheists are mostly thinking people, but not all thinking people are obligatory atheist. Mr. Hemingway probably wasn't that good at understanding circumstances and got confused about this classification and didn't know which one of this two is to be related to the other.

"Deeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrp..." -Thomas Aquinas,

I like how so many people think they understand Aquinas after reading him a few times. Let's be honest here, in this video you clearly do not actually understand the five ways, or at the least you are exaggerating and purposefully misinterpreting. There are some very fair arguments against the five ways, but none of your arguments are fair. You're just beating a straw man of what you think Aquinas is saying.

@Ziggie1o1 People haven't got more intelligent.
greatest theistic thinker?
"All thinking men are atheist"

As TJ mentioned, he is a high school drop out, and has little scientific and mathematical knowledge, yet he is more intelligent than about 70% of America.
