Getting a prescription filled for steroids for my MS exacerbation. This will not be interesting to anybody who doesn't have MS or hasn't had some other similar experience with difficulty getting a scrip filled.

  • Aww hun I am sorry you had to go trough all that Bull Crap. When you are having an MS exacerbation the last thing you need is stress of receiving care. I hope you are feeling a little better.

  • It's all good now, thanks for asking. Just wanted to put this out there for other people with MS or similar problems that might be able to relate.

  • Stop taking the roids!!! You look hyoooooge!!

Lmfao. Just kidding. Getting prescriptions sucks sometimes, especially when you're in a rush. And you looked sad in then end. I'm sorry :(

    Hope you're feeling better

  • From what I've been reading, the long term negative side effects outweigh the benefits, I'm not sure If I will even want to go through with filling the prescription the next time I have an exacerbation. Might not be worth it.

  • Am sorry for your troubles getting your pills, I was given a total of 80mg a day 4 tabs over the day, I wonder about the doses? it seems so different for so many ? what the doctors perscribe.

  • aww you looked sad at the end :(

  • Wow, it's a mission to get those steroids!

  • It might be a good time to also look for a good pharmacist. Not just a drug store, but find a TRUE pharmacist who does compounds, and can talk to you about different drugs, etc. Pharmacists who own their own stores are best. Check around the oldest hospital in your area first, look for pharmacies that are not chains.
