The only reason its not allowed as medicine is because it grows from the ground and greedy "Big Pharma" can't make as much money as they can with addictive pills. Legalizing marijuana for medicinal use would show true compassion for the sick people of our nation by giving them more medicinal options that are not only more effective, but also a fraction of the cost. Marijuana as a medicine takes money out of CEO's pockets and that is the ONLY reason its not legalized. Plain and simple.

@rob76o1 Just do a google search for marinol deaths , Im not sure how thay managed to make it deadly but they did , and then the gov mandates that you take the deadly version in place of the safe version . All the while saying there is no need for medical marijuana because there is a safer pill version available .

marinol can get you high as fuck, I took it during my cancer treatment.

1 marinol= calm relaxation

2 marinol= mild acid trip

3 marinol= dude what the fuck happened??

Not to mention Marinol has killed hundreds of people .

It never fails to amaze me when people deny the medicinal uses of cannabis when we have so much research showing the beneficial medical effects of THC (the active ingredient in Marinol). THC is abundant in the natural cannabis plant along with many other beneficial compounds.

I don't understand why pharmacuetical companies are wasting so much time synthesising THC when it is naturally available in the cannabis plant.

And so did alot of families including mine, and apparently most of them disagree with that idea at this point. Suggestion- be less agressive and less accusive and maybe someone will listen.

atleast have your congressman vote and sponsor hemp related laws (the seed of a marijuana plant but the hemp plant that has no thc in the seeds). please look up the video and watch, learn, and expand your knowledge.
