Its Incredibly inspirational to me as a designer who is currently working on designing a deck, and a magician.

The black ghost deck was a bicycle deck, so it was "only" a custom bicycle deck. D&D started from scratch to create their own brand and their own custom playing cards. and then Theory11 also started. It will never be the same again, they have changed the game !

Thank you Dan and Dave for your inspiration in keeping the essence of card printing alive. I'd say if anyone could convince the USPCC to reintroduce the type of card calendering, and finishes of the early 1960s to the 1980s done to card stocks, it would be you guys. Or at least get the USPCC interested in finding away to make those practices of the 60s and 80s more environmentally safe. Because lets face it other than certain sites, all you get in department stores now is crap. Good luck.
