  • This is for explosiveness. That's quite obvious.

  • yeah and i dont think i would warmp up with this. seems like it uses too much atp for a warm up.

  • This is for explosiveness and isolation of the drive of each leg using upper and lower body. Think quick twitch muscle isolation. Actually he's not doing this as hard as he can. This can be done with hard jumping up, mimicking a long jump drive.

  • It warms up your calves, mainly. You skip on your toes for a few steps, then dip down, then explode out with 1 leg, repeat w/ other leg, etc.
