Lets show the truth.. Now, for the sake of truth, lets "AfriSynergy" make the next one and show how Obama has done nothing on GITMO, done nothing. The ones that Obama has moved out were moved to other detention facilities in other countries... WAKE up...
"Inheritance" you are a fool. Obama caused the collapse with ACORN threats of picketing the "racist" banks if they did not provide Sub-Prime loans.
Wake up my man... This is not a Blk/Wht, not a Rep/Dem issues... This is them against us...

No, it is not too late to change it the "slave labor". Salaries and costs are out of whack here in the US and requires a revamping. I'm not just talking about executive salaries. People in China and Mexico are demanding more and this helps bring some things back into balance. The next target for certain cheap labor would then be African nations. However, we're already looking at how to do this the right way.

I meant 500k jobs LOST every month. Can Obama really tackle the Federal Reserve? Practically, everything is made in China or Mexico or somewhere in the world that has slave labor. It's rather late to change that now. The horse is out the barn.

The major problem with Bush is that everyone he called a terrorist were not terrorist. In many respects, Bush was extreme in this regard.

Afri I respectfully agree to disagree :) I prefer extreme defense over a weak offense.
"There is a profound moral difference between the use of force for liberation and the use of force for conquest...Our armies are here for only one purpose: to protect and defend democracy . We in America have learned bitter lessons from 2 world wars. It is better to be here ready to protect the peace than to take blind shelter across the sea, rushing to respond only after freedom is lost." President Regan

The problem is what some call "liberation" has nothing to do with liberation but everything to do with gaining additional markets for their goods. Iraq is a case and point. No one sent a military to liberate African Americans from some very brutal persons here in America. Of course, there are extreme cases which require maximum persuasion but that's rare.

If you're referring to slavery I wasn't born then but am very proud we had strong, caring groups of white Americans who saw how wrong & inhuman black people were being treated then had strength to stand up & help fight for equal rights. There are black, white & Mexican gangs now who kill other races just to get in their racial gang. Whites were once slaves to Romans. Jews have been slaves to Germans. Every race & class of people have at one time been victims of unfair circumstances.

You are correct, all peoples at one time have been enslaved. Of those peoples, which could never own anything and were legally designated as chattel? Even among the Romans, you could win your freedom. In the US, and other areas of the world the Ashkenazim and Sephardim were key participants in slavery.
Yes, there were whites who were against slavery in US but not all of them for good reasons. With many, it was because of labor, i.e., low wages.

It is good there were a few whites with the courage to unite with those blacks to struggle for the rights written within the Constitution and the laws of the land.
Something more insidious as slavery is now present where in the 1960s/70s the US military finally was able to construct disease causing "agents" that could target predominantly African peoples. See PUBLIC LAW 91-171 and the CDCs statistics on HIV/AIDS demographics.
