im male 38 5'10 about 210 lbs i want to get down to 180!! this is my normal week for the last 8 months
i go 4 days a week to the gym doing moderate to heavy eleptic and treadmill cardio for a one hour then do 15 mins of light weight training i normally consume 1500-2100 calories a day
i dont eat alot of sweets and if i do drink soda it's diet soda i wear a '34 pants and look fine in a t-shirt but have to much unwanted fat on my stomach and chest..what can i do to reduce it?

The fastest way or the healthiest way? Depending on your body type it really depends. We asked Sarah what has worked for her in the past, and she suggested running and Pilates as well as a healthy diet staying away from foods that may cause you to bloat or retain water, like beer or soda and high sodium foods.
