@Lennon4ever1 ive a bit of mb, but im 50. and ive been training chest twice a week for a year and have been seeing great results- ive lost weight , tightened up the chest and am slowly shaping it with muscle. its slow alright but im trying to avoid surgery. im getting there.

Hi I have a question how much weight are you lifting there? I'm 194 lbs and 6 foot 1 so should I have more weight and low reps or low reps with less weight?
