  • Swiss chard is so divine! Growing up we called it the fancy green. I guess it was more expensive in the 80s? LOL who knows... they paired it with fancy steaks, I guess that's why it was considered more luxury. Steak though, yuk. Avocado? YES! Avocado meat is the best kind. Thank you for sharing your fabulous recipes Rory. Swiss chard is def. a green for people to be using, love rainbow chard. I grow it in my garden. Greens are great! and so is your shirt. Hope Amanda and the pup are well, hugs!
