Just a quick walkthrough on what you can do with Quicksilver plugin, Shelf.
Trying out ScreenFlow for the first time, so bear with me. I was in LA trying to kill some time and figured that I might as well learn/check out how to do a screencast w/ ScreenFlow. Hence, the soundtrack "I Love L.A." by Randy Newman =)

Update: Seems I have to do an AudioSwap =| ... Decided on "A Mi Que'" by Occasion. Sounds cool and has a nice vibe to it =)
By the way, just found out that you can just click on an item from the Shelf and hit "delete" to remove it
