  • Study karate and you will discover why the hand is on the hip! It;s there for a very good reason, and it does work in real situations! Believe me.

  • Hahaha... stupid people who think they know what Jeet kune do is... It's a philosophy, not a Martial Art.

  • Sensei Mikami is a very brilliant teacher!

  • The only better one in this whole series so far is the woman black belt int he beginning of this clip...the last woman in the end of this clip is terrible. All her gedan barrai missed her partner's punch...And many of them don't even bother to make a fist when they were doing yakshoku kumite....these are all basic stuff (means important stuff) and you learned it since you were color belts....what happened between now and then??? ....sad...:(

  • This type of training will defeat the purpose of learning THE TECHNIQUES. What he tried to teach is a very small application of THE TECHNIQUES. Totally unnecessary!!!

  • I'm trying to find the music that this movie starts with (Traditional Karate Masters Series 7) for quite some time. Which music is it? Sincerely, David, The Netherlands.

  • If I had been there I would've thought what the hell is this guy talking about

  • There has never been one who blocked punches in a real fight the way karate tells you to do. Also in a real fight I hope you dont keep your hand by your waste everytime you punch. Cuz you get punched on the nose big time.

  • Excellent training drills! Reminds me of Training with Sensei San Pillay, Sensei Paul Perry , Sensei Barry Shearer, Sensei Steve Thompson.....just to name a few
