This is REDICULOUS. First of all......there should be a BAN ON ALL BREEDING OF DOGS / CATS UNTIL THE OVERPOPULATION PROBLEM IS NON-EXISTANT.....then and ONLY then, should we be discussing WHO is allowed to breed, and how many, etc.....SIMPLE....PROBLEM SOLVED....BRENDA, if you can't hack it, GET OFF THE JOB AND LET SOMEBODY DO IT RIGHT.

I had such high hopes for LAAS when she arrived but I continue to be dismayed and disgusted with for the increased killing of our dogs and cats. Instead of becoming a No Kill city we are now a More Kill city.

I am appalled , she is worried about discriminating against responsible breeders. She is not worried about the 1000's of animals killed in her shelters?

Does she not get it ???? SPAY and NEUTER Brenda!

Disappointing. All of it. But the problems are bigger than mismanagement and ignorance. The entire structure is setup to fail. The only ones losing are the animals. It's a shame. It needs to change.

This is so upsetting to with ALL the backyard breeding in this city going on and no enforcement. They are killing thousands of adoptable animals in our shelters every day and our GM doesn't think Spay/Neuter is a good idea. Every dog/cat should be sterilized ENOUGH ALREADY, the cages need to be empty!
