What matters most is the quality of reviews which he is producing! Which by the way are great! Keep up the good work Gordon.

@cameralabs hello, I want to know the difference between the 14-40 mm to 12-60mm for quality, Because the 12-60 mm is 4x higher price I just want to know about the quality of the pictures are both the same or not?

Sorry, probably should have added that this lens will be perfect for portraits for a long time. No need to worry about the light levels, it handles low light pretty well. Wildlife should be fine also. Probably worth playing around with manual focus, this will mean you get almost zero shutter lag as long as you pre-focus on the intended position. Only restriction is the 60mm (120mm) max focal length. It will take a long time for me to sell this lens and body combo.
Can't beat it for the $.

Hi mate,
Yes, finally got the E620. Brilliant camera. So far I am very pleased with the setup and very happy to spend the money required. I've only had the camera a couple of months so not had too much time to play with it (also my real job has restricted any spare time I had). You will find the lens very heavy on the front of the camera. But it is well worth it. The 12-60mm lives on the E620 99% of the time. The super quick auto focusing makes it all worth while.
Hope this helps.
hey I've just come back from holiday in Queenstown and I noticed most of the photos in your reviews seem to be in Queenstown New Zealand, are you based there?

Hi Gordon, thanks for all the Reviews! It's very helpful.
I am a beginner, but is it useful to sale my 14-42 mm and buy the 12-60 mm?
Thank you for an answer.

I'd always keep the kit lens a backup or to make it easier to sell the body as a kit in the future...

No problem - there's some E5x0 owners on the cameralabs forums with this lens if you want to ask them what they think...
