can i use it to the skin under my eyes ! please reply

@rizna110 Yes, I have used it under and around my eyes. If you are sensitive, wet your skin under the eye, then apply the flaxseed water. But, too much use of this water will result in healthy skin peeling, so alternate applying under the eyes. Hope this helps.

great video! very informative. I didn't know you can use water from flax seeds.

@nmopik Thank you! Yes, you can use the water from the flaxseeds; they have the complete amino acid complex necessary for the skin. Flaxseed is also healthy if it is taken internally for its protein and fiber content. Our body makes 9 of the amino acids out of the 20 necessary for growth for skin and muscles, but we have to consume the rest; flaxseed is one of the vegan/vegetarian foods that can give you the protein that we get from meat.

Flax seed is wonderful for the hair too, it gives a shiny and smooth look.
Thanks for posting.

@tkdwoman Yes, I agree that flax seed is good for the hair, because is has a complete count of amino acids that we need to make the protein-keratin for hair. Hair needs 20 amino acids to make healthy hair: 11 of them is made by our body, but 9 of them need to be consumed as food; beans and rice, meat and poultry, peanut products, and flaxseed are great neutrients for hair.
Thanks for your post.
