Sounds like you all crossed it with a smidge of "I'll Take You There" by the Staple Singers. Not a bad thing, but what happened to the bass line, so very key to the genius of the Archie Bell original? Could not hang? OK, minimalism at work. Tighten it up tighter, my friends! Cheers.
