Some double-ended bag. I hit it more like a speed bag; can't really move around the bag because of the wooden base. But check out my other DEB videos, they all show something different.

  • Hey, I'm curious to know where you learned to backhand the bag? This is an old tactic used by the old-timers so that they can punch and quickly parry off the counter with the back of their hand

  • @redlighttraitor i think i just didn't like hitting the speed bag, so a tried to hit the double end bag like a speed bag, keeping the same rythm; it sorta works; but yeah, i've seen some old footage where marciano/sugar hits the speed bag the same way

    cheers,

  • @TheHyperthinker hes clearly not trying to beat the shit out of it. its a double end bag it helps with coordination and speed not power.....

  • You need to extend your body on your punches and the only way you can do that is punch at absolute range, start by just whacking the bag at full extension so it literally only vibrates and work rounds only doing that, extend your lead foot hips and shoulder to build inertia in your punches and more snap. Once youve improved at that move in but ensure that you use much more level changes head movement and angle turning.

My experience is 5 years training every day , + 1 amateur fight.

  • You need to stay at range and throw straight punches and get used to turning off angles after each combo before throwing again, You also need to move your head and change levels while doing so differentiating between each combo. If your punching in close range you need to have a tight guard, there is no fancy bullshit wavy hand action that can stop body punches. If its not tight guard at close range it needs to be constant level changing and turning angles while swatting counters away.

  • cos'è sta puttanata qui?

  • why are there so many dislikes on this video? i think it's awesome technique and i bet you can land a lot of those punches on a human being because you're timing and range looks really good on these drills.

  • Quit boxing, start pimping

  • MANDEN A CAGAR AL VIEJO

  • i like your set up man, you should try to secure that stand steady though, just buy a box of dry wall screws and go to town on that stand. i like the pull grips you installed. great great work on the d bag, but for all the effort you put into building the stand you should reinforce it to at least take a good beating on a 70lb bag double ended to the ground. cheers man

  • I give this man credit it hard to it the bag that many times. I know people who cant even hit the bag at all
