  • this is some eye opening stuff but i find it so difficult to give up music

  • @chucklezmc Follow the wisdom of Philippians 4:8.

  • If you are a worship leader or music director, do your research and do not take Ivors extremist message as sound doctrine. And above all, be led by the Holy Spirit both in your life and in church. And always remember the joy in being a child of God and do not follow extremist pastors and their messages that seek to steal away the beauty of the musical gifts and talents that God gave to His church.

  • How can you take music made by musicians who were high on drugs and alcohol and make it holy by adding Christian lyrics? Mix common with holy? Lev. 10:10 2 Cor. 6:15.

  • @DigitalPraise7 you do realize that this series begins with the speaker saying he turned to christianity and formed his beliefs from reading the bible and interpreting it while completely baked don't you?

  • @proletariatrace The Lord meets us where we are. He lets us go down the paths we take for He does not force His Love on us. There are plenty of folk who have found the truth as Ivor has who were not high at the time. If you do not believe the truths presented here, then prove Ivor wrong.

  • Many will hear the truth, Few will follow, many will try to justify themselves

Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.Mat 7:21-23

    James 4:17

  • The best test of music is after you listen to it can you sit down and study your bible and spend time in prayer!! Try it and see :)

  • cool

  • Thank you for this message on music

  • Myers' "divine order to music" is incorrect. Music is made up of tonality and timing, i.e., notes and rhythm. Melody and harmony are both part of the tonality of music. By trying to split tonality into melody & harmony he is forcing reality to adapt it to the three divine persons of the Godhead.Additionally, nothing he says in this regard actually comes from the Bible or the Testimonies.

  • @MopDMTBARTL He used Paul, who just came from having someone murdered, & made him a great disciple for truth. So please don't judge a person from where he came from. God looks on the heart and I am glad that He sent Jesus to die for us "while we were yet sinners" or else we would all be lost. If it's not the drug use that people are having a hard time believing this is truth what is the reason? Would it be that it is stepping on toes? We all have our idols that we cling to :-(

  • @Aki14Bobo I disagree. I believe everything that this man has said so far and I'm not high on drugs. I am a 57 year old grandmother and have been a SDA since the 90's just like he is and I know he is speaking the truth b/c I have studied it out for myself and it all fits Scripture. God is "no respector of persons" He uses those who are honest at heart. Look at the disciple Paul, he persecuted Christians, he had Stephen stoned to death, yet the Lord appeared to him & turned him around.

  • @DigitalPraise7 You can't. That is why he finally had to come out of that. He said "God finally got thru to me and showed me that you can't mix light with darkness" I can't remember word for word, but it went something like that. I'm glad that the Lord can work with us "while we are yet sinners" otherwise we wouldn't have any hope.

  • @MopDMTBARTL something is seriously wrong with you

  • lets not forget, in part 1 he admitted to waking up and getting closer to God, the bible, after smoking marijuana, fuk him. he is selling you DOGMA, no truth. false prophet.
