I use to work at a call center in DR for T-mobile.
It was hard as hell to assist costumers and they basically dont give you any tools. If there's an outage you just see a red dot at best on some map...
The worst thing was the salary $3 bucks or less and hour! (insane i know..)
The minimun amount of calls they expect from you is about 60 or 70+ in those 8 hours and most are complaints.
I only lasted 6 months because i couldnt handle the slavery...
I would advise you go with another company.
