Yes...as a employee, my manager said we r going to be observed on our work performance for around a month, but after that we never get the feedback...they never tell us what we need to improve. Does it mean we are good that we don't need to improve on anything because the managers didn't say any words on our performance?
The only time I received feedback about my performance was ages ago when the previous manager have not been transfer to other restaurant...
