gas vaporizer/bubbler with throttle

this engine has no gas in the tank and the carb is bad. i am using a water bottle with gas and 2 tubes in it. one tube sucks air and bubbles the gas and the other tube sucks the gas vapor into the carb to the engine. the valve is the choke and the throttle is on the carb. i have heard that you can run it on 50% gas and 50% water but I'm not exactly sure that it works. if you have any questions mail me.
