I did the technique, and I noticed that I wasnt thinking after awhile, so I asked if I am not thinking then who is observing? what is observing? Then I felt my HS behind me, just standing in the air behind me( I was up against a wall) then I took on the perspective of him, sat on my shoulders, then danced in front of me haha. This technique is legit. Thanks for the info

@8Recon8 Most yogic traditions prefer a "circular" type of breathwork, i.e. the inhalation / exhalation coming from different areas, but you can start off with whatever feels more comfortable to you, as long as you are able to focus upon your breath closely and slow your heart / pulse rate down. There are many ways of breathing, and we should all expirement with what resonates with us personally and what we feel most comfortable with. No right or wrong IMHO. =)
